Job Overview

We are recruiting a detail-oriented Financial Associate to join our team at Advantex. The role involves working as an Accounting Assistant, supporting the company's financial operations.

About the Role

This temporary position offers a regular work schedule from Monday through Friday with every other Friday off. The assignment is set to begin immediately and is anticipated to last approximately 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify AP invoices against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of payments against contracts.
  • Maintain current accounts by posting entries from supporting documents and verifying invoices.
  • Handle research and discrepancies related to accounts payable.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable.
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills, including vlookup and pivot tables.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
Compensation and Benefits

The selected candidate can expect to earn up to $26 per hour. This role will be based onsite.
