Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to meet operational needs.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative inquiries and issues within the office.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing orientation and necessary resources.
  • Maintain an organized filing system to ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage office budgets and expenses, reporting on financial performance and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Liaise with IT support and vendors to ensure technical aspects of the office are running efficiently.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow across all teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software (e.g., G Suite, Slack).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and experience with employee onboarding is preferred.
