Office Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to meet operational needs.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative inquiries and issues within the office.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing orientation and necessary resources.
- Maintain an organized filing system to ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Manage office budgets and expenses, reporting on financial performance and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with IT support and vendors to ensure technical aspects of the office are running efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow across all teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software (e.g., G Suite, Slack).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR practices and experience with employee onboarding is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
