**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in the CFO's Office at Lafayette Federal Credit Union. As an Executive Assistant to the CFO, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support in managing the CFO's calendar, coordinating logistics for meetings, and ensuring schedules are accurately updated.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of supporting C-level executives in a corporate environment. Prior experience in finance or accounting is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential.

In this role, you will maintain an organized and accurate list of incoming and pending meeting requests, prioritize scheduling, and ensure talking points and briefing materials are prepared for the CFO's meetings. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for the CFO, screening and directing incoming emails and correspondence in a professional manner.

A day in the life of this role includes coordinating travel arrangements, addressing special needs, and ensuring thorough documentation and recordkeeping. You will provide itineraries, key information, and related requirements such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, and airport transfers. Additionally, you will review and approve travel expense reports and Mastercard statements, ensuring all trips adhere to corporate policies and budget considerations.

You will update, proofread, and coordinate the timely submission of financials in the board meeting and executive meeting minutes. Furthermore, you will serve as a liaison between the CFO's Office and the CEO's Office, coordinating all internal Finance Department meetings, including monthly Finance Managers meetings. Archiving all meeting minutes according to internal requirements will also be part of your responsibilities.

This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. If you have a Bachelor's degree and meet these qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

**About the Role:

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
