Are you a seasoned sales professional passionate about the freight forwarding industry? Do you have a proven track record of success in outside sales? We're looking for a dynamic individual to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to establish new business relationships
- Lead presentations with executives and owners of businesses to showcase our solutions
- Partner with operations and account management teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
- Identify and implement effective solutions to drive business growth
- Close, activate, and retain relationships with clients
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in logistics and transportation, specifically in global freight forwarding
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and within a team
- Proven success in generating and qualifying leads through prospecting new business
- High energy and passion for prospecting and building relationships
- Competitive nature and self-starter with strong organization and presentation skills
