  • We offer a competitive salary range of $85-$100K, with opportunities for higher compensation based on qualifications.
  • Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in plastics extrusion and a strong understanding of mechanical processes.
  • Bonus opportunities are available, with a typical range of 10-15%.
  • We prefer local candidates, but may consider relocation for the right candidate.
  • This is a 1st shift position with a flexible schedule.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with our engineering team to support production and plant operations.

  • Focused on improving production and plastics manufacturing processes.
  • Plastics manufacturing experience is required, with extrusion preferred.
  • Work closely with tech service, maintenance, and materials to drive continuous improvement.
  • Some design and equipment design, mostly smaller projects like line layouts, tooling, and fixtures.
  • Want the successful candidate to be the technical expert on the floor for newer technologies.
  • Champion automation and fabrication projects, and drive machine upgrades and controls.
  • More mechanical than process-focused, with a strong emphasis on equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical items and drive growth in the role.
  • Small engineering team with opportunities for growth and development.
