- Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with other services to provide holistic resident care, maintain high standards of medication management and care planning, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Education and Licensure: RN License in Indiana and a bachelor's degree in nursing (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years in a similar role, with a strong background in leadership, communication, and teamwork.
- Skills and Knowledge: Deep knowledge of health regulations and a commitment to quality care, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
