As a key member of the Sterling Engineering team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and improving production efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, identify opportunities for process improvement, and lead a high-performing team of operations leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and improve quality
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and developers to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and measure overall success
Prepare and manage budgets for the Processing Center, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; engineering degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a technical manufacturing environment
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
