Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the admissions team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and family members, manage waiting areas, and ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate appointments with the admissions department, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as a communication liaison during emergencies, providing clear and concise information to patients and staff.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform routine administrative tasks, including typing memos, forms, and letters as needed.
  • Patient Belongings: Accurately distribute patient belongings that have been dropped off at the front desk.
  • Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Stress Management: Manage stressful situations and maintain composure during high-pressure scenarios.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Proficient use of computers, excellent communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively and pleasantly.
  • Additional Requirements: Pass PA Criminal Background Check, obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances, pass Drug Screen, and TB Test.

  • Work Setting: Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center
  • Work Conditions: Office-based
