In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Quality Director, overseeing the coordination, development, implementation, and assessment of all clinical quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain educational initiatives related to assigned quality metrics for leadership, staff, and physicians.
  • Assist department leaders in ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct departmental surveys as requested and compile reports on findings.
  • Monitor adherence to quality metrics, analyze trends, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance performance.
  • Engage staff in setting departmental goals related to quality measures.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and educational resources to improve compliance scores.
  • Maintain clinical data and report on improvement measures.
  • Act as a resource for physicians and departments, participating in relevant meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Director to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of three years of RN and/or Quality Improvement experience.
