Front Desk Supervisor

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in hotel operations, specifically in sales or front desk. Previous supervisory experience is recommended. You will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office operation, evaluating guest satisfaction, and monitoring trends for continuous improvement. You will also be expected to maintain high standards, ensure that all guests are recognized, and promote the hotel brand's loyalty program.
Responsibilities:
* Manages Front Office operations to maintain high standards.
* Evaluates Guest satisfaction and monitors trends for continuous improvement.
* Ensures that all Guests are recognized and promoted through the hotel brand's loyalty program.
Requirements:
* Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Minimum 2-4 years experience in hotel industry - specifically sales or front desk.
* Previous supervisory experience is recommended.
* Ability to manage priorities and adapt to meet the diverse needs of our guests.
