Job Summary:This role requires a collaborative and creative individual who can design and develop engaging learning experiences for our clinical staff. As a Clinical Learning Designer, you will work closely with subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform program development
- Design and develop interactive learning modules and simulations
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning into daily workflows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare education or instructional design
- Proven track record of developing effective learning experiences
- Strong project management and time management skills
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a highly competitive salary of $ $85,090 per year, along with an excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
