Job Description:

The Principal AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI and ML solutions that drive business growth and improvement. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI and ML strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-powered solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, reliability, and performance in AI and ML systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • 15-20 years of experience in software development, data science, and/or AI/ML engineering.
  • Strong background in distributed computing, big data, and cloud architecture.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD automation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base pay range: $198,000 - $263,250.
