Maine Medical Center offers a competitive salary of $95,000 per year, plus a range of benefits designed to support the well-being of our employees and their families. These benefits include paid parental leave, flexible work arrangements, student loan repayment, and ongoing education and training opportunities.

As part of our commitment to developing our staff, all new graduate RNs (less than 6 months of RN experience) are automatically enrolled in our 12-month Nurse Residency Program in conjunction with their unit-based employment. This program provides valuable learning opportunities and mentorship from experienced nurses.
