Store Manager

H&M is a leading global fashion brand that values its employees and customers. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to drive sales and profit growth in the store by delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Performance:
    • Analyze and follow up on sales and profit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maximize results.
    • Ensure store operations and H&M standards are followed, including proper scheduling and excellent customer service.
    • Work with the Area and Store team to prioritize actions and provide feedback on store allocations.
    • Actively prevent loss and ensure all audit guidelines are followed.
  • Team Management:
    • Oversee and manage recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for the Store.
    • Evaluate and manage the performance of Store Team members, including dialogues, development plans, feedback, and follow-ups.
    • Ensure regular and clear communication to the Store team on business performance, company culture, and values.
  • Financial Accountability:
    • Take ownership of sales and profit responsibility for the store.
    • Accurately record sales figures and hours.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of driving sales and profit growth in a retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
