About the Role
As a Store Manager at Starbucks, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of retail partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. You will be the face of the store, responsible for managing store operations, driving financial success, and building a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3+ Years of Retail Management Experience: Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of retail partners.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
