Additionally, the representative is tasked with notifying healthcare providers of any urgent patient care requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service is required.
  • Experience with medical office terminology is preferred.
