We seek a seasoned engineering leader to drive the commercialization of these revolutionary products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct an interdisciplinary team developing turn-key energy storage systems
  • Develop and implement detailed design of custom subsystems and integration of commercial off-the-shelf components
  • Drive solutions that achieve performance and cost targets concurrently, with a focus on design for manufacturability and maintainability
  • Lead staff and subordinate leaders executing work scope in flow cell stack design, fluid distribution, thermal management, electrical system design and packaging, networked instrumentation and control, and software
  • Contribute to the development of technology and business strategies and product roadmaps
  • Engage proactively with suppliers and customers to understand their evolving capabilities and needs

Requirements:

  • Advanced technical degree
  • Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to tailor content to suit the needs and background of the audience
  • Working knowledge of electrochemical energy conversion or electrosynthetic systems, including flow batteries, fuel cells, electrolyzers, and chlor-alkali processing
