About the Role

In this key position, you will be at the forefront of driving product adoption and enhancing customer experience for FINTRX, a leading provider of private wealth data and research.

Your responsibilities will span across designing strategies to boost feature utilization, analyzing user behavior to overcome adoption barriers, and collaborating with various teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.

You will dive deep into data analytics, creating insightful reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and inform data-driven decisions.

Your work will directly impact product development, customer retention, and the company's bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Adoption:
    • Design and implement strategies to increase product adoption and feature utilization
    • Analyze user behavior to identify adoption barriers and opportunities
    • Create targeted campaigns and educational materials to drive feature usage
    • Collaborate with marketing to develop user education and onboarding materials
    • Measure and report on adoption metrics, providing insights to stakeholders
  • Customer Experience and Retention:
    • Focus on improving overall customer experience to drive retention
    • Analyze customer feedback, usage patterns, and support tickets to identify areas for improvement
    • Work closely with support, account and success teams to address customer pain points
    • Develop strategies to re-engage dormant / low usage users and reduce churn
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, engagement metrics, and retention rates
    • Refine current user tracking tools to better suit FINTRX's needs
    • Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) on usage
    • Provide regular reports and presentations to leadership on adoption and retention metrics
    • Use data-driven insights to inform product development and customer success strategies
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product, sales, marketing, data, and customer success teams
    • Provide insights to the product team to influence feature development and improvements
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
    • Partner with marketing to develop targeted communications and campaigns
Requirements:
  • Product experience within Financial data, Fintech or closely related fields is a Requirement.
