Job Title: Manufacturing Line Maintenance Specialist 1st Shift

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Line Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines, maintaining equipment, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure production goals are met.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment records.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on new technologies and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and conveyor systems.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
