Job Summary

The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of moderately-complex mechanical and electrical issues related to manual and semi-automated manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manual and semi-automated production equipment
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and use judgment to repair or correct those issues
  • Provide emergency support to repair production equipment to maintain production lines
  • Dismantle and dispose of defective and/or outdated equipment
  • Build and install new/repaired parts or equipment according to blueprints and specifications
  • Perform routine problems or standard repairs for automated equipment
  • Perform off-line mechanical rework activities
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree in a scientific/technical discipline preferred
  • 1-5 years of experience in a directly related field/role, depending on level
  • Previous troubleshooting and hands-on repair experience
  • Ability to interpret and follow blueprints, WIDs, etc.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic electrical systems knowledge
  • Mechanical systems knowledge
  • Pneumatics knowledge
  • Automated manufacturing equipment knowledge
