Position Overview:

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a Final Top Secret clearance with an investigation completed within the last five years, along with the capability to obtain SCI access.

We currently have an opening for an Industrial Security Program Coordinator (PSR) who will support SAP and SCI initiatives.

In this capacity, you will oversee various aspects of security operations, including visitor management, document oversight, classification administration, personnel security, incident investigation, and the creation and delivery of security briefings, as well as conducting self-assessments and other duties as assigned by the Security Manager.


This position necessitates strong interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with external partners and personnel. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the capacity to make independent decisions and operate with minimal supervision while representing the security division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in both individual and team roles to fulfill all contractual security obligations for Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) classified initiatives.
  • Ensure the safeguarding of classified information and assets; this includes establishing protocols for handling, storage, record-keeping, and granting access to personnel and visitors to sensitive areas and information.
  • Lead Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA) efforts, assist in the investigation of security incidents, and compile reports outlining preventive measures.
  • Validate clearances and customer visits while providing support for classified meetings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.
  • Availability for after-hours response and on-call duties is essential.
Basic Qualifications:

Final Top Secret clearance with an investigation completed within the last five years is mandatory, along with the ability to obtain SCI access.

Familiarity with DoDM Volumes 1-4 is also required.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in Industrial Security
Knowledge of Operational Security (OPSEC), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Counterintelligence
Experience with various security databases such as SIMS, DISS, NISS, JADE, etc.
COMSEC experience
Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and team-building capabilities

Security Clearance Statement: This position necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens to be considered.

Clearance Level: TS/SCI

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 with every other Friday off

Compensation:


The annual base salary range for this position in various states is $67,200 - $128,900.

This salary information serves as a general guideline.

Lockheed Martin considers various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's experience, education, and market considerations when extending an offer.

Non-represented full-time employees:

accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.

Represented full-time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on the start date during the calendar year.

This position is eligible for an incentive plan.
