Key Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide essential on-site technical support and training across various clinics. Your primary duties will include:

  • Ensuring timely ticket resolution by collaborating with Tier 1 vendors.
  • Monitoring and analyzing ticket trends to identify recurring technology issues and working with the corporate IT team to develop effective solutions.
  • Traveling to designated clinics to address daily operational technical challenges as needed.
  • Managing customer relationships related to the technology infrastructure, including addressing issues, risks, and communication with the IT team to enhance clinic operations.
  • Handling escalated tickets from the help desk, assisting with onboarding new employees, installing equipment, and providing hardware/software support.
  • Supporting clinics within a specified radius, with a commitment to travel for urgent matters.

Travel Expectation: Approximately 20-25% travel required.

Technological Environment:
Familiarity with tools such as ManageEngine Desktop Central for imaging, Citrix, Imprivata, GlobalProtect VPN, Direct Access VPN, and Freshservice ticketing system is essential.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:

  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate IT support, with a strong ability to document ticket details for knowledge base development.
  • A solid background in Active Directory and Office 365 support.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Note: This position requires on-site presence.
