Key Responsibilities- Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community.
- Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the community.
- Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events.
- Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.
- Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors.
- At least 1+ year experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Previous multi-family leasing experience and bilingual preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.
- Onsite position only.
A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, passing of pre-employment background checks, and drug screen are required.
