Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Field Technician to join our team in the Boston, MA area. As a Telecommunications Field Technician, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing support and guidance to our customer base, and working independently to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues related to telecommunications systems and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our hospitality and healthcare customers
  • Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with our technical support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in the telecommunications industry

Requirements:

  • Technical degree plus one year of related experience in telecommunications, or high school diploma or GED plus three years of work experience
  • Experience in high-speed internet, satellite TV, digital TV, telecom, CATV, MATV, head-end, RF, networking, and/or computer troubleshooting
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving habits
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requests
