Facility Maintenance Specialist

Boise Centre is seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to maintain the excellence of our physical assets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for routine inspections, troubleshooting, and maintaining essential systems like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Your expertise will ensure our facilities run seamlessly, and you will collaborate with other technicians to ensure every detail is perfect for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure seamless event setup and execution
- Assist with event-related tasks, such as setup and teardown
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or large building operations
- Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of various electrical systems
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments
- Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to assess multiple demands, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
- Capable of operating heavy equipment safely
- Able to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Comfortable working at heights, in outdoor conditions, and with moderate noise levels
