Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train team members to ensure efficient and effective interventions
  • Articulate and implement the facility's philosophy and mission
  • Oversee the operations of the Assessment and Referral Department
  • Provide customer service and support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Idaho
  • Trained in Crisis Prevention Instruction (CPI) and CPR
  • Currently licensed to practice by the State of Idaho
  • Preferred experience in psychiatric setting
  • Minimum of five years working with clinical patients preferably in a psychiatric or mental health treatment setting
