Job Summary
Intermountain Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Director of Assessment and Referral. This position will be responsible for providing supervision and training to supporting team members, articulating and implementing the facility's philosophy and mission, and overseeing the operations of the Assessment and Referral Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train team members to ensure efficient and effective interventions
- Articulate and implement the facility's philosophy and mission
- Oversee the operations of the Assessment and Referral Department
- Provide customer service and support to patients and families
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
- Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Idaho
- Trained in Crisis Prevention Instruction (CPI) and CPR
- Currently licensed to practice by the State of Idaho
- Preferred experience in psychiatric setting
- Minimum of five years working with clinical patients preferably in a psychiatric or mental health treatment setting
