Admissions Nurse

We are seeking a dynamic Admissions RN or Admissions Coordinator to join our team at Intermountain Hospital. As a key member of our Admissions Department, you will play a critical role in assessing potential patients for admission and working closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinicians to determine the appropriate level of care.
Responsibilities- Assess patients in various settings, including triage, scheduled assessments, and crisis management
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine the best course of treatment
- Provide exceptional patient care and support
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and well-being
- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Idaho or a master's level Social Worker licensed in the State of Idaho
- Must be trained in Crisis Prevention Instruction (CPI) and CPR
- Preferred experience in psychiatric settings
