- Maintain a comprehensive Salesforce database of prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Provide daily reports on sales activities to management, keeping them informed of progress and challenges
- Recruit, hire, and shape the sales team to align with company objectives and culture
- 5+ years of experience as a sales professional in a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales through lead-generation and closing
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Drive
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving targets
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective assessment of sales performance and communication of insights
- Embraces a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional development
- Experience in Business-to-consumer sales is a plus
- Available for candidates located within daily commuting distance of Boise, ID
Compensation: $90,000 - $300,000 per year
