Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one coaching for five personnel per month, with a focus on leadership development and growth.
- Conduct group sessions of up to 20 people once per month, with a focus on leadership skills and development.
- Develop and implement coaching plans tailored to the needs of each individual or group.
- Monitor performance of services and provide regular feedback to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth.
- Provide on-demand coaching services, accessible through a personalized portal, for 15-minute interactions.
- Facilitate task force calls and provide facilitated discussions to support team growth and development.
- Develop and deliver quarterly, onsite, full-day leadership sessions to support leadership growth and development.
- Must be a certified instructor in leadership training and curriculum.
- Must be able to provide in-person coaching services, with travel expenses reimbursed by the VA.
- Must have expertise in leadership development and coaching, with a focus on executive coaching.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and personnel.
