Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Hardware Engineer II to join our team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP. As an Electrical Hardware Engineer II, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electrical/electronic parts, components, sub-systems, algorithms, or integrated circuitry for electrical/electronic equipment and other hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design electrical and electronic systems, including circuitry, algorithms, and integrated circuits.
  • Develop and implement test plans for existing designs, including validation of tolerances, form/fit/function, shock and vibration, electromagnetic interference, safety, reliability, thermal generation, and system power measurements.
  • Collaborate with internal and outsourced development partners on electrical hardware design and development.
  • Participate as a member of project teams to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for low to moderately complex products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Typically 2-4 years of experience.

  • Proficiency in electrical design tools and software packages.
  • Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate design proposals and negotiate options.
