About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Hardware Engineer to lead our HPC/AI Platform Engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex electrical hardware for our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple project teams of electrical hardware engineers and internal/outsourced development partners to design and develop complex electrical hardware for products and solutions.
  • Manage and expand relationships with internal/outsourced development partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Review and evaluate designs and project activities to ensure compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards.
  • Provide domain-specific expertise and leadership to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
  • Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • Typically 6-10 years of experience in electrical hardware design and development.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in electrical design tools and software packages.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in overall architecture of electronic hardware for products and solutions.
  • Designing and integrating electronic components, integrated circuitry, and algorithms into overall architecture.
  • Evaluating and proposing forms of empirical analysis, modeling, and testing methodologies to validate component, circuit, and hardware designs and thermal/emissions management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
