Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a lead generation and marketing strategy to increase sales
  • Engage with customers and members to build strong relationships and drive sales
  • Manage and exceed sales and operational budgets

  • Work closely with the Head Coach to ensure staff and Center success
  • Build and maintain class size through scheduling optimization
  • Model all Center activities through self-involvement
  • Train and mentor subordinates for ongoing success and growth
  • Communicate with staff and respond to customer inquiries
  • Enforce KidStrong corporate policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in outbound phone sales (300+ calls/week)
  • Strong sales mentality and comfortability with outbound sales efforts
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field
  • Prior management experience, including overseeing all aspects of company management
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
  • Practical work experience using Microsoft Office Products
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Management experience with children and fitness industry
  • Leadership development experience
  • Customer service experience
