  • Staying up to date on regulations, codes, and best practices within the industry
  • Ensuring compliance with permits, certifications, and training staff on DOT requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • 3+ years of landscape/hardscape or related industry operations management role
  • Strong time management skills to ensure deadlines and targets are being met
  • Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning for smooth operations
  • Knowledge of landscape/hardscape and horticulture materials and processes are preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required
  • Clean background check and drug screen
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs
  • Strategic thinker, decisive leader, analytical mindset, proactive, empathetic communicator
