Location Insights
Saint Therese provides a wide range of care and services, available in various settings, including individual homes and our multiple communities.
Saint Therese of New Hope, our largest community, features 168 skilled nursing beds for both long-term and transitional care. Additionally, the Residence at Saint Therese of New Hope offers 225 independent apartments and suites for assisted living and memory care.
Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Nursing Supervisor will ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves ongoing assessments of residents' overall health and care plans using the nursing process. The supervisor will lead and guide the nursing staff to deliver quality care, maintain continuity, and focus on individual needs. This position includes overseeing nursing assistants and staff nurses.
Qualifications
Education:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the Minnesota Board of Nursing; BSN preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing, clinical, or acute care settings; at least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven knowledge of nursing department operations with a focus on compliance with Federal and State Regulations.
Understanding of the Minnesota Board of Nursing Nurse Practice Act.
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Strong time management, prioritization, and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with databases.
