Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication among different departments or teams to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving operational excellence goals.
  • Consumer and Associate Experience: Advocate for the Consumer and Associate experience that provides the highest return on investment.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage technology solutions such as automation, data analytics, and digital tools to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement Culture: Promote a culture of continuous improvement where employees are empowered to suggest innovative ideas and participate in problem-solving activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years operations management experience, preferably in a service company with B2B and B2C clients.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership: Proven management/leadership skills, including the ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate, and constructive written reports.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work in a team environment and inspire, lead, and influence others.
