- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress toward operational excellence goals and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to support operational excellence initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication among different departments or teams to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving operational excellence goals.
- Consumer and Associate Experience: Advocate for the Consumer and Associate experience that provides the highest return on investment.
- Technology Integration: Leverage technology solutions such as automation, data analytics, and digital tools to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement Culture: Promote a culture of continuous improvement where employees are empowered to suggest innovative ideas and participate in problem-solving activities.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years operations management experience, preferably in a service company with B2B and B2C clients.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Leadership: Proven management/leadership skills, including the ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate, and constructive written reports.
- Collaboration: Ability to work in a team environment and inspire, lead, and influence others.
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits, including your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision, time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
