Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule procedure appointments and manage patient flow
  • Check patients in and out, collect insurance information, and verify patient demographics
  • Obtain pre-auths and process patient payments
  • Enter patient information into our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Collect co-pays and outstanding payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries
  • Assist patients with scheduling and procedural preparation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in a private practice specialty office
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
