We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team at Quadrant, Inc. as a Medical Office Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, managing front office operations, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, providers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule procedure appointments and manage patient flow
- Check patients in and out, collect insurance information, and verify patient demographics
- Obtain pre-auths and process patient payments
- Enter patient information into our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Collect co-pays and outstanding payments
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries
- Assist patients with scheduling and procedural preparation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in a private practice specialty office
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
