Job Title: PIV Credentialing Operations Specialist

Job Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive PIV credentialing operations, ensuring adherence to all relevant compliance standards. This role encompasses a variety of critical tasks, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:
1.

Administer full-service PIV credentialing functions such as sponsorship, enrollment, printing, activation, appointment scheduling, and PIN resets, ensuring alignment with applicable agency and federal requirements.


2. Initiate electronic applications for federal personnel and contractors.
3.

Complete necessary training for access to various personnel vetting platforms and effectively utilize these tools to fulfill job responsibilities.


4. Maintain compliance metrics as required by relevant authorities.
5. Conduct continuous vetting and enrollment activities as necessary.
6. Manage access privileges in physical security systems as appropriate.
7. Execute background investigation status checks.
8. Input onboarding personnel into vetting systems.
9. Initiate background investigations as needed.
10. Communicate background investigation statuses to relevant parties.
11. Perform daily access control checks to monitor personnel presence.
12. Manage emergency alert systems for onboarding and offboarding personnel.
13. Conduct data entry for sponsorship in relevant systems.
14. Schedule appointments for fingerprinting and PIV card activation.
15. Provide PIV card registration services to facilitate background checks.
16. Program PIV cards for building access as required.
17. Monitor and update PIV card certificate statuses as necessary.
18. Offer additional administrative support to meet compliance requirements.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Education:
Minimum: High school diploma or GED
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business administration or communication.

Additional Requirements:
All personnel assigned to this role must be U.S. citizens or possess valid resident status. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding federal holidays. Remote work is not an option for this position. Candidates should possess relevant federal experience and technical competencies as outlined.
