Nurse Residency Program: Progressive Care Track

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Nurse Residency Program: Progressive Care Track at ChristianaCare. As a Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
About the ProgramOur Nurse Residency Program is designed to provide new graduate nurses with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in their nursing careers. The program is accredited with distinction by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation in Practice Transition Programs.
As a Nurse Resident, you will participate in a comprehensive curriculum that includes lecture and simulation education, peer support, and preceptor-led clinical experiences. You will work closely with experienced nurses and healthcare professionals to develop your critical thinking, evidence-based practice, and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development
- Graduating from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- BLS certification required
- Less than 12 months of nursing experience
- Eligible for Delaware license as a Graduate Nurse/Registered Nurse or RN license from a compact state
