Nurse Residency Program: Progressive Care Track

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Nurse Residency Program: Progressive Care Track at ChristianaCare. As a Nurse Residency participant, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, challenging environment, while receiving comprehensive support and guidance from our experienced nursing team.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in a structured and accredited residency program, designed to foster critical thinking, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Work closely with preceptors and mentors to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a progressive care setting.
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care, while promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Graduating from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
- BLS certification required.
- Less than 12 months of nursing experience by the start of the program.
- Eligible for Delaware license as a Graduate Nurse/Registered Nurse or RN license from a compact state.
