Nurse Residency Program: Progressive Care Track

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in ChristianaCare's Progressive Care Nurse Residency Program. As a Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
About the ProgramOur Progressive Care Nurse Residency Program is designed to provide new graduate nurses with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a progressive care setting. The program is accredited with distinction by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation in Practice Transition Programs.
Program Highlights- Preceptor-led clinical experiences on our intermediate or transitional level step-down units
- Lecture and simulation education
- Peer support and mentorship
- Opportunities for professional development and growth
- Graduating from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
- BLS required
- Less than 12 months of nursing experience by the start of the program
- Eligible for Delaware license as a Graduate Nurse/Registered Nurse or RN license from a compact state
