We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at ChristianaCare. As a Nurse Residency Program participant, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population of patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement
- Graduating from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Less than 12 months of nursing experience
- Eligible for Delaware licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- A comprehensive orientation and training program
- Ongoing education and professional development opportunities
