The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer account management and be able to effectively coordinate between our company and its customers. Key responsibilities include:

Primary Functions and Scope:

  1. Provides customer account management, including order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check, and transportation management in a call center environment.
  2. Provides customer service for a high volume of inbound calls using ACD (Automated Call Distribution).
  3. Responsible for keying in orders, processing faxes, and preparation of reports.
  4. Interfaces with various groups, including internal teams and SSCs, to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to order delivery.

Requirements:

  1. A High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.
  2. 2 or more years of call center or customer service experience.
  3. Focus on customer account management preferred.
