What are we seeking in our Program Coordinator?
Russell Tobin & Associates, a global leader in family entertainment and media, is in search of a Program Coordinator to operate remotely.
Project Oversight and Reporting: Monitoring project advancements, pinpointing challenges and risks, and delivering consistent updates to stakeholders to guarantee projects remain on course.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Offer follow-up assistance to Finance Transformation contacts with various stakeholders. Aid in the organization and prioritization of follow-ups from all stakeholder meetings to ensure project plans and timelines are current.
- Presentations & Documentation: Spearhead the creation, revision, upkeep, and distribution of essential presentations for program-wide initiatives and project-specific outputs across all DPEP FT teams; promote the standardization of key messages, content, visuals, etc.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and formulate strategies to mitigate or eliminate them to reduce disruptions.
- Quality Control: Ensure that testing documentation adheres to quality standards. Verify that project benchmarks are met, and measure and track overall transformation goal progress/KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
