Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at ProHealth Home Health & Hospice. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's mission to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, background investigations, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet our high standards.
  • Negotiate pay rates and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Manage our talent pool, including hiring, firing, performance evaluations, and counseling.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, best practices, and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or equivalent role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, company policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent record-keeping skills.
  • Fantastic knowledge of recruiting functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Superb computer literacy with capability in MS Office and related HR software.
  • Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
