Job Summary

The University of Arkansas seeks a highly skilled Business Services Analyst to join its Fulbright College Finance Team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support in procurement, p-card, and travel processing for academic departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for department administrators on procurement, travel, and business operations-related matters.
  • Process procurement, p-card, and travel-related transactions on behalf of other departments as needed.

Requirements
  • The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma.
  • At least one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in specialized or a related field applicable to work performed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with procurement, p-card, and travel at the University of Arkansas.
  • Experience with the University Workday system.
  • Experience with processing business services-related transactions in Workday.
  • Experience with web design.
