- Process procurement, p-card, and travel-related transactions on behalf of other departments as needed.
- Assist with training functions, including delivery of comprehensive college-wide training programs on procurement, p-card, travel, and business affairs-related policies and procedures.
- The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma.
- At least one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in specialized or a related field applicable to work performed.
- Experience with procurement, p-card, and travel at the University of Arkansas.
- Experience with the University Workday system.
- Experience with processing business services-related transactions in Workday.
- Experience with web design.
- Excellent communication skills, customer service excellence, and demonstrated professionalism.
- Ability to comprehend and assimilate technical and business-related documents.
- Ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
- Ability to multi-task and to be detail-oriented.
