Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Operations Specialist to join our team at Conagra Brands. This role is responsible for performing packaging operations on the 2nd shift, ensuring high-quality products are produced at levels that exceed plant goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform packaging operations on the 2nd shift, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality.

Requirements:

- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work any shift, including weekends and overtime.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
