Facilities Supervisor

Telacu Residential Management, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our residential communities in the Inland Empire region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of maintenance and upkeep of our properties, while providing exceptional customer service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Maintenance Staff: Oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks of the building maintenance staff, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and Implement Maintenance Plans: Create and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet company standards.
- Conduct Performance Evaluations: Evaluate the performance of maintenance staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
- Manage Budget and Resources: Oversee the maintenance budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and that resources are allocated effectively.
- Ensure Compliance with Safety Protocols: Ensure that all maintenance staff are trained on and follow safety protocols, including emergency procedures and hazard reporting.
- Communicate with Residents and Staff: Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, including social services and budgeting, to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that company goals are achieved.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management or construction management, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
