The Overnight Janitorial Supervisor will provide support to a designated facility in various areas as needed. Responsibilities may change daily, but the mission to maintain consistency in the facility's workflow will drive actions each day.
Key Responsibilities:- Frequently conducts walk-throughs of the facility to stay informed about areas or assets requiring attention.
- Provides logistical support for activities and events.
- Maintains, manages, and orders supplies.
- Identifies, troubleshoots, and project manages facilities matters.
- Collaborates with building management to adhere to and implement guidelines for back-of-house and front-of-house policies with employees, facilities, and staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- College degree or equivalent training and experience.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work overnight full-time.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
