Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our state-of-the-art campuses, ensuring seamless operations and a positive working environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including janitorial, general maintenance, and groundskeeping tasks
  • Supervise a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility usage
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address facility-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in janitorial, general maintenance, groundskeeping, building trades, and supervisorial roles
  • Spanish bilingual skills (required)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
