Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist at Headlight, you will work closely with patients to establish positive relationships, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans. You will also conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and involve family members when necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Establish trust with patients and provide empathetic support
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based practices
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct regular sessions with patients to provide counseling and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Assess patient progress and make recommendations for continued care
  • Collaborate with family members and other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in a related field (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Full, unencumbered licensure as a therapist (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
  • At least 2 years of experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
